3. Account Registration

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Squatio offers multiple subscription tiers including Starter, Growth, Pro, and Lifetime plans, each with varying features and pricing.
• All payments made to Squatio are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Lifetime access is valid for the lifetime of the Squatio platform and not for the lifetime of the user.

5. Use of Services

• You agree to use Squatio only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Amazon’s policies.
• You may not reverse-engineer, resell, misuse, or exploit the platform’s tools or data in any unauthorized manner.
• Squatio reserves the right to limit, suspend, or revoke access in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, tools, and software on Squatio.com are owned by Squatio Inc. or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Data & Privacy

• We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Refund Policy

• Lifetime and Unlimited Access Plans: Due to the nature of our Lifetime and Unlimited Access plans, which grant immediate and unrestricted access to all platform features from the moment of purchase, these plans are non-refundable. By subscribing to these plans, customers acknowledge and agree that they are receiving full value from day one, and therefore waive any right to claim a refund.
• Annual Subscription Plans: Customers subscribed to annual plans may request cancellation at any time. In such cases, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, using the prevailing monthly subscription rate (not the discounted annual rate). This ensures fair usage accounting for the period of access already granted.
For example, if a user cancels after 4 months, the refund will be calculated as: Annual Fee – (Monthly Rate × 4 months) = Refund Amount
